At KlassyChic Candles, LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our handcrafted candles and fragrance products, we have a no return policy. Once a candle has been purchased, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. However, we understand that circumstances may arise, and we want to ensure customer satisfaction. Therefore, we offer store credit for the amount paid for the original product. This store credit can be used towards future purchases from our collection.

Exceptions to this policy include:

Damaged Upon Arrival:
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Wrong or Missing Product:
If you receive the wrong item or are missing a product from your order, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
